Ok... I have a confession! I made the Eiffel Tower bit of this image weeks ago, when the fabulous Sheena Douglass stencils were first released at Crafter's Companion. Then I let it sit on my desk until earlier this week, when I finally got around to putting it on a card! Whoops!
To create it, I used some Dreamweaver Stencils embossing paste for the Eiffel Tower. Once dry, I spritzed the black cardstock with bleach water, which lift some lighter splotches (so technical, right?!). Then I spritzed it again with Gold Sheer Shimmer Spritz from IMAGINE Crafts/Tsukineko.
The fabulous sentiment was stamped in Delicata Silvery Shimmer. I added the whole thing to an embossed background and finally finished this card! YES!
