Gradient Thank You Note

I played along with the Sketchbook Saturday challenge this weekend - this card is actually the second one i made for it.  My first card, which I really love, went a bit astray from the original sketch.  I'll get around to sharing it soon!

I created this card using three different IMAGINE Crafts®/Tsukineko® Memento™ Dye Ink full-size inkpads in Teal Zeal, Pear Tart, and Rose Bud.  Using square sticky notes I masked off the desired area on my Ultra-Smooth White card stock.  I sponged the ink on with IMAGINE Crafts® InkBlushers™; once satisfied with the colors I sprayed a water/bleach mixture on to create the water spots.

I used Stampendous' Agapanthus Thank You clear stamp set, inked in IMAGINE Crafts®/Tsukineko® VersaFine™ Archival Pigment Ink full-size inkpad in Onyx Black.  A small bit of bling in the center of each flower finished this off!

You can see I still flipped the sketch and left an element off.... I guess I have a hard time following directions! Make sure you stop by Chupa's blog to see her beautiful card, and to play along with her fabulous sketch!
