Fortune Cookie Love

I made a quick card for hubs (I hide cards around the house when I'm out of town, so he'll find them)! I love him, we love Chinese takeout...this seemed like a perfect fit! The Lawn Fawn Good Fortune set is just so versatile and can be used for so many different things.  I stamped the images with IMAGINE Crafts® / Tsukineko® Memento™ink in Tuxedo Black on Ultra Smooth White cardstock and colored with my Spectrum Noir markers:

Takeout Box/Fortune: BG2, BG1, Blender pen
Fortune Cookie: TN3, TN4, TN5
Chopsticks: EB2, EB1

The images are popped up on dimensional dots.  I added some diagonal strips of Lawn Fawn's Dewey Decimal paper to this, and no embellishments since the hub loves CAS!

Supplies:
Stamps: Good Fortune (Lawn Fawn)
Card Stock: White (Crafter's Companion), Kraft (Neenah)
Patterned Paper: Dewey Decimal (Lawn Fawn)
Ink: IMAGINE Crafts® / Tsukineko® Memento™ink in Tuxedo Black
Coloring Medium: Spectrum Noir

Beautiful combination of patterned paper. The Chinese take out stamp is really cool too.

This card is so cute! I love how the paper is so different but matches so well!

Wow, I love this! The orange and green/teal really pop against the kraft! The bold colors/patterns are perfect for a guy card. (And who doesn't love Lawn Fawn? Their stamps are just too stinkin' cute!)
