CAS Christmas Cards

My apologies - I've been a bad blogger lately! I promise to do better, okay?!  I make Christmas cards for my family members to send out each year, and just like last year's cards I've used Stampendous stamps to make some for my mother-in-law (I used different stamps, though!).  This year I had a very limited time to make them (two hours, in fact), so I stuck with the CAS version of an almost one-layer card!  I also made MY mom CAS Christmas cards with Stampendous stamps this year....they make my life easy, lol!

I stamped the angel from Excelsis Deo in Memento Rich Cocoa ink, as well as the flourishes and sentiment.  I added a bit of sponging to the edges of the main panel, which I popped up on dimensional dots.

I played along in two challenges with this card - Stampendous' CAS Christmas card challenge and the sketch challenge I'm hosting over at Splitcoaststampers today!

Stamps: Excelsis Deo (Stampendous)
Card Stock: Kraft (Neenah)
Ink: Memento Rich Cocoa (Tsukineko); Brushed Corduroy (Ranger)
