Milestones & Moments

Yesterday my husband and I celebrated our ten-year wedding anniversary.  I only had time to make him a quick card, which is fine, because he likes simple stuff!  I colored up the lovely Milestones & Moments stamp from Sheena Douglass' line at Crafter's Companion.

Here's a closer look at the Spectrum Noir markers I used to color it:

Large House: Roof: BGR1, BGR2, BG23; House: IG1, IG2, CR3, Blender pen
Small House: Roof: IG1, IG2, OG1; House: FS4, BG3, GB8
Rock Wall: TN1, TN5, TN6
Trees, Shrubs, Mountains: DG1, DG2, DG3, DG4, CG2, GG1, GG2
Flowers: CR8, LV2
Street: EB1, EB2, GB8

I used some distress ink to create the sepia-toned sky, and to add color to the edge of my sentiment.  I really love how appropriate it is for an anniversary card!  This card also happens to fit with this month's Spectrum Noir challenge, which is to use flowers on your card (ok, the flowers are small...but they're still there!)

Supplies:
Stamps: Milestones & Moments (Crafter's Companion)
Card Stock: White (Crafter's Companion), Black (Recollections)
Patterned Paper: Lost & Found Halloween (My Mind's Eye)
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black (Tsukineko)
Coloring Medium: Spectrum Noir
Accessories: Twine (May Arts)
Tools: Cloud Dies (Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps)
