I'm sharing this fun project over on the Spectrum Noir blog today - it's all about the Yellow color family of markers, and what you can create with just six of them! I stamped my Popcorn Bear image (from the School Days set, available at Crafter's Companion USA and UK) in Memento Desert Sand ink before coloring him.
For a step-by-step look at how I created the shading on him (markers listed below), check out my Color Focus post on the Spectrum Noir blog today.

I've also played along in a Hope You Can Cling To challenge over on Splitcoaststampers. Have you heard about this great cause?
Here's a little info, from the Splitcoaststampers welcome thread:
Splitcoaststampers is proud to partner with the UT MD Anderson Cancer Center for our third annual month long card drive to benefit those affected by breast cancer. Whether your stamps cling to acrylic, wood, or to your hard drive, they hold the power to convey hope and lift the spirits of anyone who sees what you create with them. That is the inspiration for our “Hope You Can Cling To” stamping campaign for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. We are kicking this campaign off on World Card Making Day - a day of celebration of the power of a handmade card. We encourage papercrafters across the globe to put their talents to work creating beautiful handmade cards to send to patients and their families at the MD Anderson Cancer Center!
Crafter's Companion USA is proud to be a Silver Sponsor for this amazing event - that means they've donated FIVE great prize packs to this cause. You could win one just for playing along in any of the challenges all month long; a new challenge will be posted every day. And be on the lookout October 16th - that's when I am hosting a challenge!
