It's almost new release time for the School's Out collection over at Pixie Dust Studio! I used this week's Sketch Challenge over at Splitcoaststampers to make this sweet little card. I'm saving it for my daughter's last day of 1st grade, which is quickly approaching. Wow they grow so fast, don't they?
I used my new Spectrum Noir markers again to color this image. I'm really enjoying learning how to color with them!! Here's a breakdown of how I did it:Clothes: GB3, GB5, GB6 (gown); DG2, DG4 (polka dots and tassel on cap);
TN2, TN3, TN4 (shoes); BG2 (socks)
Hair: EB6, GB8, GB2
Skin: FS9, FS7, FS3 (face, hands, neck); CR3 (cheeks)
Other: GB1, GB2, GB3 (wood part of pencil); IG2, IG3 (silver part of pencil);
GR5, GR6 (eraser); BG2 (diploma); TN2, TN3 (tip of pencil)
