Lifetime of Happiness

My dad and stepmom are celebrating their 16th wedding anniversary this week, and I wanted to make them a fun card to mark the occasion.  I inked up the new Swingin' Spring set by Gourmet Rubber Stamps and paired it with some gorgeous Konnichiwa (by Basic Grey) patterned paper.  I love the unexpected color combo for an anniversary card!! My sketch is from this week's sketch challenge over at Splitcoaststampers

I added some random stitching on the card, and paper pieced the cake using more of that yummy paper.  Both the stamp set and the paper are available over at i {heart} papers; in case you didn't know they are stocking all sorts of Gourmet Rubber Stamps goodness!

Supplies:
Stamps: Swingin' Spring (Gourmet Rubber Stamps)
Card Stock: Kraft, White (Neenah)
Patterned Paper: Konnichiwa (Basic Grey)
Ink: Rich Cocoa (Memento)
Accessories: Ribbon (Offray)
Tools: Classic and Lacy Circles, Classic and Scalloped Long Rectangles (Spellbinders Nestabilities)
