Woodgrain Birthday

It's a new year, new month...new sketch artist with Skipping Stones Design!  This month the fabulous Pamela Young is drawing sketches for the team, and she's started us off with a great one. Rather than make the panels individual pieces, I took a few liberties (I know - you're shocked, right?) and left it one long panel with different colored stripes of woodgrain from the amazing Grunge set - it's on sale all month long for $12.49!!  I added a sentiment from the Sentiment Frames set and finished it off with some jute (a total steal - $1 for 200 yards at Dollar General!).  This is a fantastic masculine birthday card, and I'll be making more of them!
