Stampendous Saturday: Chipboard

It's the first Saturday of the month, and that means we have a BRAND NEW challenge with the Stampendous Girls!  This month we are playing with chipboard.  There are SO many different ways to use it - paint it, distress it, emboss it, stamp on it, give it some texture......you get the idea!

My card today features the fabulous Pine Drift Cling Jumbo rubber stamp set.  I embossed the tree, added shading with Copics, cut it out, and added some Red Embossing Tinsel embossing powder to the ornaments.    I embossed the swirl on the green card stock panel.  My chipboard pieces are embossed as well - the button is covered in Vintage Olive Embossing Tinsel, and the star has Aged Gold Embossing Enamel.

Our challenge to you this month is to join us in using chipboard on your cards and projects. This month we are giving away a Cling Jumbo Songbird set to a random winner. You don't have to use a Stampendous image or products to play along, but we sure love it when you do! You have until Thursday, December 1 at 11:59 PM EST to add your link to the linky tool, and we'll draw a random winner. You can enter as many times as you'd like.  And a quick note about the linky tool below (under my signature) - it's the exact same collection that is being shared on the Stampendous blog, and some of my teammates' blogs.  You an add your direct link to your project featuring chipboard here on my blog, or any of the other blogs that are sharing the collection!

Also, did you know Stampendous is offering FREE shipping on all orders $50 or over (to US/APO/FPO addresses)?! Use the promo code FREESHIP and stock up on some goodies!!

Great card Taylor!!! I love that you stamped the Pine Drift Stamp on green cardstock. I have been coloring the heck out of that tree. I never thought to do the obvious.
