Stampendous Saturday: Christmas Wishes

It's the first Saturday of the month, and that means a brand new challenge with the Stampendous team!  This month, to kick thing off and celebrate World Card Making Day, we are looking towards the holidays AND trying to keep it Clean and Simple. That's right - we are making Clean and Simple (CAS) holiday cards!!  I made my card in a record-setting NINE minutes.  I have to admit - I'm proud.  I absolutely love how it turned out, and will be making tons of these to send out this year.

The Christmas Wishes stamp set made this card come together so quickly.  I randomly stamped the various patterns of holly leaves on my long cream panel, and then stamped on more that I cut out and popped up on the sentiment circle.  I really like the color scheme I used on this Rosehips card, so I re-used it for today's card.

Now for the details about the challenge!  You'll see a few team members showing off more than one card today; some chose to make one CAS card and then take that design and showcase how to "step it up".  Others chose to make sets of CAS holiday cards that could be given as gifts or used to make a dent in the Christmas card list.  Here's the list of team members from our various teams that are playing along today:
Taylor Usry (you are here)
Our challenge to you this month is to join us in making CAS holiday cards.  We want to help you get into the holiday spirit, so this month we are giving away a Cling Jumbo Sparkle Joy set to a random winner.  You don't have to use a Stampendous image or products to play along, but we sure love it when you do! You have until Thursday, November 3 at 11:59 PM EST to add your link to the linky tool, and we'll draw a random winner. You can enter as many times as you'd like.

A note about the linky tool: you can add to the one here on my blog, or on the Stampendous blog, or from any other Stampendous team member that has shared it on their blog.  It all goes to the same place!

Stamps: Christmas Wishes (Stampendous)
Card Stock: Always Artichoke (SU), Cream (Prismatics)
Ink: Always Artichoke (SU), Antique Linen, Brushed Corduroy (Ranger)
