Halloween Hop: Cork Trees

Cyndi Bundy was fabulous enough to put together a fun Halloween-inspired hop, so today I'm blog hopping again with a great group of friends.  My card uses some super cute Stampendous Halloween stuff - I actually made this card for their July 2011 catalog, and I was thrilled when it made it in there!

I started with the Frightful Phrases cling rubber background stamp.  I added some trees, stamped and fussy cut from sheets of cork, from the Birch Buddies perfectly clear set.  My fat little pumpkin is from the Stretchy Spooks perfectly clear set; he's stamped on three different card stocks (well, two and some cork) and then pieced together and shaded with Copics.  I also added a large velvet-y bat from the Jumbo Bats set of Class 'A Peel stickers.  To grunge him up a smidge I rubbed some brown chalk on with my finger.

Now, for more fun!  Before you hop off to the next stop, be sure to read below to see what you could win for leaving comments along the way.  Here's the whole Halloween party train today:

Taylor Usry (you are here)

And we have TONS of fabulous Halloween prizes from our wonderful sponsors! Check out the whole list of happiness: To win one of these prizes, simply leave comments on each of the hopper's blogs.  Winner will be randomly chosen from different blogs, so the more comments you win the better your chances are of winning!
