So Happy

My husband has made several trips into my stash of cards recently, for masculine cards. He came up empty each time, so I went through them all too. Know what we discovered? An upsetting lack of masculine cards! I have to do something about this issue. so I've resolved to make at least three a week for awhile.

I let my husband choose the papers (Jillibean Soup Chilled Strawberry) and sentiment for this card. It was so easy for him to put together a sentiment using the new Heart of a Card set from Claudia and Company! The set allowed him to mix and match phrases until he came up with one he thought "matched" the card. I left off all embellishments (ok, I snuck three dew drops on there when he wasn't looking), and am pretty pleased with how this turned out!

Head over to the Claudia and Company blog today for more inspiration from other designers!

Oh BLESS YOUR HEART for addressing this issue. I just had to buy a masculine card this week to mail because I couldn't find any appropriate ones in my stash either. I LOVE the one you created here and I hope you will continue to share the new ones you create. I might decide to make 3 a week with you - I'll just CASE yours! Thanks again. You always inspire me.
