Prettie Peeks and a Birthday!

Not only am I showing a fun Prettie Peek today, but the Prettie Girls are also blog hopping for the fabulous Janet Rossi's birthday! I chose to challenge myself to make this adorable Graduation Lily, who will be available for purchase on Wednesday the 11th, do double duty as a birthday card. Here's my (sort of silly) take on it: I paper pieced her using a fun girlie print, and stuck a birthday candle in the bow. The inside of the card reads "...you made it through another year! Have the happiest of birthdays!" Corny, I know - but I'm always looking for ways to get bonus uses out of my stamps!

Your next stop on the hop is the talented Heather Lee-Reppen...wait until you see what she has cooked up!

And here is some info you don't want to miss: Paper Pretties will be releasing 5 brand new stamp sets which will be available in the Paper Pretties store on Wednesday 11th May. We will be previewing one set each day until release day.

One random lucky commenter (on the Paper Pretties blog) each preview day will win the set being previewed. The winners from each preview day will be posted on the Paper Pretties blog on Wednesday. As in previous months, we will still have a inspiration filled blog hop on release day.
