I Heart You!

Here is my card for the Weekly Sketch Challenge over in Lizzie Anne Land. This week's sketch was designed by Josyln. Her extra twist was to make a Valentine's card NOT using red.

I dug out an older LAD set, Le Jardin, and its matching paper. I also used the coordinating Bazzill paper pack that LAD sells - such a great idea!! I don't think the paper is for sale anymore, so that makes it a collector's item! For my sentiment I used So Much Love - I'm planning to send this card to a good friend and thought it was super appropriate.

I colored the flowers with copics after I stamped them in Adirondack Pesto ink. I also broke out an unused bottle of primas that have been in my craft room forever and added them to the sentiment panel. Everything is popped up on dimensionals for some added oomph.

Materials:
  • Cardstock/Paper: Bazzill French Floral pack, Le Jardin dp (by LAD)
  • Stamps:LAD So Much Love, Le Jardin
  • Ink: Adirondack Ranger Pesto
  • Tools: Nesties, Cuttlebug
  • Accessories: primas, brads
